MY ACCOUNT

How do I create a new account?
Please click the ‘Register’ link at the top left corner of the www.quireoffice.com web site and input your email address as required and a temporary password will be emailed to you. Once logged in you may change your password so you may personalize it.

What if I forget my or password?
If you forget your password, please click the ‘Forgot your password?’ below in blue and you will be emailed instructions on how to recover or change your existing password.

How do I opt in to receive the special deal emails?
Gain special access to our specials and deals by signing up for our newsletter by clicking here

How do I make changes to my account such as my email address or updating or adding a ship to address?
Once logged into your account, visit your dashboard and click on the white button with blue lettering saying “Account details” and you can change the existing email on file as well as your username. 

How do I make changes to my account such as my bill to or ship to address?
Once logged into your account, visit your dashboard and click on the white button with blue lettering saying “Addresses”. You will be able to both add and change the shipping and billing information.

How do you log out? How do I find the Logout button?
To log out of your account simply hover your mouse over the red button on the top right corner of the web site to the left of the shopping cart and click the log out button at the bottom of the list of options and confirm your selection.

ORDERS

​How long is order history kept?
Your order history is important for your reference and record keeping so it will be kept indefinitely.

How do I check the status of my order?
Registered customers can check the status of their orders by emailing us at sales@quireoffice.com and including your order details along with your order number.

Can I place an order with a purchase order?
To provide payment with a purchase order you would need a business account set up by Quire Office Products, LLC that allows for account billing.

What method of payment is accepted for online orders?
These are the payment options for online ordering:

  • Credit Card (Visa,Mastercard,American Express,Discover)
  • NET 30 Invoices on approved accounts
